Recording changes
When your doctor changes a medication, update the record in the app and, if helpful, note the date and reason in your notes. This creates a consultable history.
Reminders
If the app offers reminders, they depend on iOS notification permissions. Reminders are helpers — they do not replace medical guidance.
What Ambar does not do
Ambar does not prescribe, adjust doses or recommend changing or stopping medications. Treatment decisions should be made with a healthcare professional.
Sharing with a caregiver
