1. Acceptance

By using the Ambar app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Nature of the service

Ambar is a personal health information organization tool. It is for informational purposes and to support your own data management — it does not replace healthcare professionals, diagnosis or medical treatment.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you record and for reviewing it with qualified professionals when needed. Ambar does not guarantee that data is complete or up to date for clinical purposes.

4. Emergencies

Ambar is not an emergency service. In urgent situations, seek immediate medical care or local emergency services.

5. Subscription and payments

Paid plans are managed by the App Store. Pricing, renewal and billing follow Apple's rules. Prices appear in the app and may vary by App Store region.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel subscriptions in App Store settings. After cancellation, paid-plan-only features may no longer be available, but data already saved on the device generally remains accessible.

7. Sync

Sync via iCloud or sharing in Care Circle depends on network, devices and third-party services (such as Apple). We do not guarantee instant sync or uninterrupted availability.

8. Export and sharing

.ambar files and Care Circle invites may contain sensitive data. You are responsible for who you share with and how you protect that information.

9. Availability

We may update, modify or discontinue app features. This site documents the current product and may be updated without prior notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ambar is provided "as is", without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for health decisions made based solely on information organized in the app.
